The Powder Containment Booth is constructed from robust, easy-to clean panels. It is designed to be free-standing although the downflow fan/filter plenum may be celing hung to allow removal of interconnecting walls between adjacent units. to facilitate this further, side walls are located to the floor with shoot bolts and the control system configured to daisy chain operations of several units together. HEPA filters are mounted in the celing and plenum top for clean laminar downflow and exhaust respectively.
The Powder Containment Booth is ideal for use in Pharmaceutical handling of fine powder such as decanting or weighing operations. Pharmaceutical testing of aerosol products(asthma inhalers etc.)
The LH series Horizontal Laminar flow offers a complete line of work stations with a trim, narrow profile. This design enables the bench to be used as an individual unit, or, with the side panels removed, joined together in series for pass-through assembly line production.
Vibration is reduced to the work surface by spring-monting the motor/blower assembly.
