AIRTECH manufactures a whole range of filters including EU graded Bag filters and Hepa filters and have D.O.P testing facilities for testing the filters at the factory and at site as per FED.STD 209E & ISO-14644. Besides the D.O.P generator and the D.O.P photometer, we are also well equipped with Electronic velometers & Laser particle counters.

AIRTECH also manufactures Rollomatic Filters, Clean Room Garments Accessories and specially designed L.A.F. units according to client's requirements.

We are approved by Wellcome Foundations, U.K for validation and testing of filters for sterile area.

	Two class 100, Five class 10,000 Room for M/s Johnson & Johnson Ltd., For their Vicryl sutures manufacturing unit at Waluj.
	Two class 1000 Enclosures and one Ventilation system for Garware Plastics & Polyesters Ltd., (Sun Control Division Nasik).
	Two class 10,000 Rooms and Three Ventilation for the Ahmadebad division of Garware Plastics & Polyesters Ltd.
	One class 100 Room and Two class 10,000 Rooms for M/s Gujarat Vaccum Coaters Pvt. Ltd., at Umergaon, Gujarat for their selenium drum coating plant.

An important aspect of Airtech's activities is validation of Clean rooms which is done as per ISO 14644. We have 4 sets of Equipment for site validation and close to 20 pharmaceuticals majors have an annual contract with us.

Airtech manufactures a wide range of Clean Room Equipment like, Laminar Flow Benches, Clean Air Modules, Reverse Laminar Flow units (Dispensing and Sampling Booth), Class 100 Operation Theatre Modules and Pass boxes.
