Hepa Filters are standerdised on anodised aluminium framing. The imported submicronic glass fibre media which is water resistant and has a high tensile strength consists of one contineous sheet folded around machine pleated aluminuium seperators.
a fluid fire retardent adhesive when dry hardened, providing a positive seal between filter pack and rigid frame. a closed cell neoprene gasket provides positive sealing.
Testing:- each filter is individually tested by the dop penetration method for efficiency as well as for air flow and pressure drop.
Dop Testing:- the Dioctylphalate (dop) smoke test is the procedure used to test airtech hepa filters.the dop smoke generator is specially controlled to generate smoke particles of 0.3 micron size. all hepa filters are individually tested using this dop method.
this assures a filter that is 99.97% efficient on particles of 0.3 microns in size or larger.

MiniPleat Hepa Filters are specially designed to meet the demenaind airflow and particulate control requirements of cleanroom applications.It is available with knife-edge or gasket seal frames for installation in any of grid system or frame.
The mini-pleat design of the airtech m-pleat combines maximum efficiency with low pressure drop, thus educing operating cost. media used in airteceh m-pleat filters are imported glass fibre paper packs in which hot melts are used to maintain equal spacing between pleats for optimal airflow,resulting in high dust holding capacity and fill use of entire depth of the filter.
Construction:- The Airtech M-pleat is made of moisture resistant and fire retardent glass fibre media.the imported media pack is permanently bonded to the light weight anodized extruded aluminium frame with a polueurethane adhesive.

SERIES 50 - PRE FILTER
The filter media for the Series - 50 Pre Filter has an extended surface due to pleating and is of the non-wovejn type with regular labrynithine structure being built of synthetic fibres which are bonded together by a special resin.
The media is sandwitched between 2 layers of hdpe mesh which acts as a retainer ans screens out large particles and prevents them from being embedded in the media.
The media being systhetic is resistant to moisture, fungi, bacteria, frost and is non-allergic.pre filter symthetic media is plesent in handling and does not cause irritation and ithching of the skin like fibreglass.
For special applications a fire retardent treatment is available.
The media blanket is easily removable from the frame and can be washed in plain water.if the filter pads are loaded with a sticky or greasy type or dust then they should be soaked in water with addition od detergent.
Use:- The Series 50 Filter is recommended for comfort and non-critical industrial applications and can be eaily installed in standard air handling units or mounted in banks.

V-BANK Hi-Flow Filter
Designed to withstand high velocities and turbulence which makes it suitable for many types of air handling systems.
A V-Bank filter is what we call a mini-pleated filter packs arranged in V shape moulded plastic , it's a high-efficiency filter with a higher media area than a standard box filter. The standard size is still 24 x 24 x 12, like the box filter, most box filters have a metal frame and lower amount of filtration media. The actual pleat packs, which is what the media is manufactured into, are installed into the V-Bank filter in a 'V' shape - hence the term V-Bank.
The rigid frame construction allows corrosion free and longer life of filter.

METAL MESH FILTERS
Built for exceptional performance and low maintenance in high-moisture and high-temperature conditions. An aluminium, galvanized, or stainless steel U-channel frame is wrapped around the perimeter of crimped layers of aluminium media (galvanized or stainless steel is available). This design produces an even distribution of air and minimizes surface loading of the filter. Performance of the filter is exceptional.

The conventional Dust Collector filters are manufactured using "Non Woven Needle Felt Media". The fibers of the base material, with the support scrim in the middle is passed through a high speed needle - loom. The specially designed needles punch the fibers and interlock then on the support scrim. The material is then calendared and signed to give an aesthetic surface finish.

Airtech standard and non standard Housings are designed to hold filtration in single or multi stage. Each housing can customise according to client requirement. Units are offered in three housing depths, 22-1/4”, 34-1/4”, and 42”. Housing depths are determined by the final filters that are required per applications. The housing are intended for new and replacement applications. Unites are factory assembled in a "one-piece rugged construction," and reinforced with corner gussets to add extra stability. A closed cell urethane foam is included on the inside of the doors and walls to seal against the filter edge to eliminate air by-pass. After fabrication units shall be sealed with a silicone compound on areas where metal meets metal, assuring a sealed housing.

Cleanroom Validation
A cleanroom is a modular environment in which the following environmental factors are kept under control; temperature, airborne particulates, microbes, relative humidity, differential pressure, and air flow.
Cleanroom Validation is performed for a variety of reasons. To ensure that the design of the facility is fit for its intended purpose; to ensure that the facility, equipment, and environment meets User Requirement Specifications (URS); to ensure that the facility, equipment, and environment meet defined regulatory requirements; to ensure that the facility, equipment, and its environment function together as a system to meet defined standards.

PHASE ONE: DESIGN QUALIFICATION
Cleanroom validation starts with Design Qualification (DQ). The purpose of this phase is to prove through objective evidence that the design is fit for its intended purpose. Design Qualification is a verification exercise against requirements defined in the acceptance criteria of your DQ protocol.

PHASE THREE: OPERATION QUALIFICATION
The objective for this Operational Qualification (OQ) phase is to show through objective evidence that the cleanroom operates in conformance with design requirements and user defined requirements, and that it consistently operates within a defined range of conditions.
The OQ protocol should address the following:
Testing HVAC (Heating-Ventilation-Air Conditioner) system operation against specified functional requirements
Critical Alarms
Interlock Alarms
Critical operating parameters defined on the room data sheet
Filter integrity tests
Standard operation for the cleanroom
Air speed and air flow
Air flow patterns
Pressure differential
The OQ phase should also address worst case scenarios. To design the worst case scenario for the operation of the cleanroom, critical operating parameters are identified from the cleanroom data sheet. Operation ranges, and extreme ranges, are set for each critical parameter and a worst case designed and documented. It should include the following:
1. Maximum and minimum temperatures
2. Maximum and minimum humidity
3. Maintenance schedules
4. Personnel contamination
The worst case scenario is usually carried out at the specified High and specified Low parameters.
The output of this phase is an OQ report addressing alarms and functional requirements of the cleanroom specified in the user requirement specifications.
PHASE FOUR: PERFORMANCE QUALIFICATION
The purpose of Performance Qualification (PQ) of the cleanroom is to demonstrate with objective evidence that the cleanroom consistently operates within defined parameters to produce the defined, desired environmental outcome. Cleanroom performance qualification involves testing and monitoring of the following:
1. Airborne particulate levels
2. Surface particulate levels
3. Viable microbial particulates
4. Relative humidity
5. Differential pressure
6. Temperature
The output of the PQ phase is a PQ report that analyzes the performance of the cleanroom using specified equipment parameters. PQ is a pre-requisite for certification.

Validated cleanrooms are validated to a required class of cleanliness. The level of cleanliness chosen is driven by user requirements. Cleanroom classes are defined in ISO1464-1:
Methods for evaluation and measurements for Certification are specified in ISO14644-3. It calls out for the following ten tests.
1. Airborne particle count test
2. Airflow test
3. Air pressure differential test
4. Filter leakage test
5. Flow visualization test
6. Airflow direction test
7. Temperature test
8. Humidity test
9. Recovery test
10. Containment leak test
Once certified to a particular class the cleanroom factors are monitored to ensure that parameters have not drifted, or changed, and that the environment is under control.
MONITOR AND CONTROL
A constant monitoring program is required after certification. Requirements for compliance are found in ISO 14644-2.
Statistical analysis for cleanroom parameters is encouraged as a tool for monitoring the cleanroom after certification to ensure compliance. The tool of choice is statistical process control, SPC.
